I am desperately searching for stainless steel section plates. Anybody know where i can get them? I hve googled it every way I can think of, and am not finding the ones I see on people's blogs and unfortunately everyone I ask doesn't get back to me! Help a gal out! :)

    Try both ends of the spectrum...once when I popped into Kitchen Arts on Newbury Street, I was impressed by all the obscure stuff they had, much of which I'd never seen elsewhere - including my first inclination... Chen kitchen supply down the block from the RMV in Chinatown. When I started looking for info on them (I have some great stainless mixing bowl I bought there), I found other great references (like Eastern Bakers) for local suppliers here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/597788
