Sure enough, several quarts of blueberry-ginger smoothie and a nice hot epsom salt bath later and I am back to feeling fine! :)
That is a good thing because baby, it is COLD outside! I have to keep moving to stay warm!
I am gearing up to create some new recipes for the cookbook this weekend...we are in for a snowstorm on Sunday so I expect to be stuck inside for at least part of the day...then we will head up to the mountain to ski! One of the benefits of living 5 minutes from a ski mountain is we only have to wait for them to plow the road and off we go :)

Pecan-Mushroom burgers
YUM!!! I am craving some more raw tortilla chips and salsa...maybe I will make some mango salsa this time! Pics to come!!!
